Get in touch
This site is small and email is the whole support system. There is no phone line, no chat widget and no ticket portal, which means every message lands with a person who can act on it.
Where to write
- Corrections and outdated figures — [email protected]. If a limit, fee or timing on a page no longer matches what your cashier shows, tell us which page and what you see. This is the fastest way to improve the site and we treat it as a priority.
- Guide requests and gaps — [email protected]. If your payment route or country is not covered, say which one; requests shape what gets written next.
- Everything else, including press and partnership questions — [email protected].
What we cannot help with
This is the important part, and it saves both of us time.
- We cannot release, speed up, cancel or investigate your withdrawal. We have no access to your account, no line into the platform's payment operations, and no ability to see why a request is pending. Only the platform's own support can do any of that.
- We cannot verify your documents or tell you why a KYC submission was rejected. The rejection reason shown in your account is the real answer; our verification guide explains the usual causes.
- Never send us documents, passwords, card numbers, one-time codes or account screenshots containing personal data. We do not need them and will not use them. Anyone contacting you claiming to be this site and asking for those things is not us.
We are also not a complaints intermediary. If you believe a payout has been wrongly refused, escalate inside the platform's own process with your records attached; the stuck-withdrawal guide sets out the order to do it in.
Response times
Email is read on working days and answered as quickly as the queue allows. We do not promise a fixed response window, because pretending to one we cannot keep would be the first broken promise on a site about broken promises. Corrections generally get handled ahead of everything else.
